1. SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

Our SMS program sends appointment confirmations, reminders, and service updates to customers
who have opted in through our website. By opting in, you consent to receive these messages.
You may cancel at any time by replying STOP. Help is available by replying HELP or contacting
info@brightnestservices.com. Standard message and data rates may apply.

2. Booking, Payments & Refunds

Bookings are made via our website or by phone. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
We accept online payments and in-person options. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
to avoid fees. Refunds are processed only if cancellation occurs within policy timeframes.
Chargeback attempts without proper cancellation may result in denial of future service.

3. Service Limitations

We provide residential and commercial cleaning services. Availability is subject to scheduling and location.
We are not liable for damages arising from customer misuse of services or failure to follow instructions.

4. Intellectual Property

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use materials without permission.

5. Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties
of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BrightNest Services, its owners, and employees
from claims or damages resulting from your misuse of our services or breach of these Terms.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services if you violate these Terms.
Outstanding payments remain due even after termination.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Texas through binding arbitration.
